Lookin' for Soul Food

Being an environmental leader is more complicated than tossing a salad or flinging toppings onto a pizza. Yet at last count, a shocking 32% of environmental and conservation organizations are content with their current conventional approach to program implementation—a ‘burger and fries’ approach that is not only mass-produced but delivers your sub-standard automated response. For the other 68%, there is still hope, but I hope it’s more than putting cheese on that burger! 

What it boils down to is that ambitious environmental leaders and leaders-to-be are searching for that satiating ‘soul food’. We want to nourish our team, cherish our mutual abilities and savor the moment—then do it again, but not per the KFC original recipe.

 A parting pinch of humor from our colleague Thickshake Spear:

I caught glimpse of a poor little girl in the alley, eating her miniscule lunch with her toes. I went over to her and proclaimed ‘Dear girl, in this civilized society we eat food with our fingers..’
